In 2004, the District of Maple Ridge posted an RFP looking for a review of their then-current IT vision and web strategy; it was an RFP that we are very proud to have won. In May of that year we began working with Maple Ridge and conducted a thorough examination of their strategy.

The project we completed for the District of Maple Ridge is a quintessential example of our new initiative, Municipality in a Box. After a thorough review of their IT vision, we created a web survey for both Maple Ridge’s constituents and their employees; we believe detailed feedback to be one of the prime methods of enhancement and improvement. That was followed by an in-depth analysis, both of their website and of emerging Internet and E-Government trends. This was followed by a review of their infrastructure, hardware and software.

What we gave the District after our review was a comprehensive IT strategy for the following five years, complete with itemized budgets and individualized recommendations.
